Job summary

The Cliffs seeks a Real Estate Support Specialist to assist Sales Executives and Cliffs Realty with sales support, listing coordination, and operations. You will build relationships, qualify leads, schedule tours, and help introduce prospects to The Cliffs lifestyle.

You will manage listings and related administrative tasks, support marketing, and work with the Office Manager. A NC real estate license is preferred or must be obtained within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Two-year minimum professional sales experience or proven track record selling upscale properties.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• NC real estate license required or able to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads via phone, email, and written correspondence while building relationships and following up with prospects.
• Coordinate property tours and schedule Discovery Visits with Sales Executives.
• Maintain MLS/Property Base listings and website updates for Cliffs Realty portfolio.
