Job summary

Zions Bancorporation's California Bank & Trust unit seeks a Real Estate Strategic Planning Manager to deliver reporting, forecasting, and insights for the CRE business. You will leverage Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft tools to automate reporting and support strategic decision‑making.

The role requires leading projects, extracting and analyzing data from multiple sources, and presenting results to senior leadership. California offices including Irvine are considered; Menlo Park preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics or related field.
4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or similar.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Power Query; strong PowerPoint for executive presentations.

Responsibilities

Manages and supports CRE projects and programs with analytics and reporting.
Conduct cost center, department, and divisional reviews to evaluate financial performance.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources including Business Objects, Salesforce, and internal platforms.
Present complex financial data to senior leadership in a concise format.
