Job summary

Evercore's Real Estate Strategic Advisory group in New York seeks a lateral Analyst (2nd or 3rd year) to join the team. You will work on acquisition advisory, restructurings, recapitalizations, and fundraising, supporting senior bankers and partners with modeling, analysis, and client preparation.

You will engage in diverse assignments, develop financial models, and contribute to business development while operating in a collaborative, high-velocity environment at a premier independent

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in investment banking or real estate private equity.
• Solid grasp of real estate fundamentals and valuation.
• Extensive experience with Excel and building financial models.
• Ability to think critically about a range of strategic issues impacting our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist on acquisition advisory, restructurings, recapitalizations, divestitures, fundraising, partnerships and joint ventures.
• Prepare for client meetings, perform financial modeling and industry analysis.
• Support due diligence and business development; collaborate with senior contacts and partners.
