Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate must be rising third year Analyst or Junior Associate at another investment bank
• Preferably three or more years of relevant work experience
• Strong grasp of corporate finance, valuation, and financial accounting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a disciplined work ethic

Responsibilities

• Assist on M&A transactions and strategic advisory assignments for bank clients
• Manage junior analysts and work on financial and valuation analyses
• Address complex financial and accounting issues and due diligence
• Prepare client presentations and help manage live deal execution
