As the Real Estate Sourcing Manager, you’ll lead and manage our existing real estate contracts, as well as all future sourcing initiatives as we expand our physical footprint. This role will partner cross-functionally with Facilities, Legal, Finance, and external brokers to identify, negotiate, and secure strategic real estate assets that align with business needs and growth targets. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing, the ideal candidate will drive location strategy, manage vendor relationships, and oversee real estate sourcing processes including RFPs, lease reviews, and compliance requirements.
Establish relationships with existing landlords and understand all existing contract terms and business requirements for future negotiations.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend new real estate locations aligned with business objectives.
Lead lease negotiations and manage ongoing landlord relationships.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute real estate sourcing strategies.
Execute sourcing events including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for real estate projects.
Develop and maintain vendor scorecards and KPIs for real estate services providers.
Ensure all sourcing processes are compliant with company policies and local regulations.
Manage contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Support construction and facilities teams with real estate planning and site acquisition.
Monitor real estate market trends to inform strategic planning and identify opportunities.
Collaborate with finance on cost modeling and budgeting for real estate acquisitions and leases.
5–7 years of experience in real estate sourcing, procurement, or corporate real estate management.
Experience with multiple facilities under management
Proven experience negotiating commercial leases and real estate contracts.
Strong analytical skills to assess financial impact, ROI, and vendor performance.
Ability to manage multiple real estate projects across different geographies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of legal, zoning, and permitting requirements related to commercial property.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with lease management software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
Up to 30% travel required to evaluate properties and meet with partners on-site.
