Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $64.00/hr

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst IV

Location: US – Remote (PST preferred); Open to onsite in Bay Area if preferred by candidate

Pay Rate: $64/hr on w2

Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

• The NPI (New Product Introduction) Material Program Manager will ensure the timely delivery of materials to Client's ODM partners, enabling the delivery of NPI hardware to Data Centers and Supply Chain teams. The role requires fast, action-oriented execution, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and close material shortages using CTB reports and urgent ODM requests.
• Proactively identify supply chain risks, create mitigation strategies, and resolve issues with NPI core team and ISCE.
• Manage purchase order (PO) processes for rack hardware, L10, loose demand, and NRE. Track quotes, PO statuses, and hardware delivery.
• Collaborate with finance, logistics, procurement ops, and commodity managers to remove blockers and enable smooth execution.
• Partner with ODMs for CAPEX/OPEX spend tracking, PO issuance, and shipment delivery.
• Drive demand and supply alignment with ODM based on the program's Plan of Record.
• Improve NPI supply chain processes by identifying inefficiencies and standardizing workflows.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to meet material readiness and build timelines.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain management, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and extract key insights to drive decisions.
• Strong project management capabilities with experience handling multiple concurrent programs.
• Flexible availability to work across time zones.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Mandarin-speaking ability (helpful for vendor communication in Asia).
• Program/project management experience delivering end-to-end hardware or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with computer hardware manufacturing, production, and configuration.
• Ability to understand technical terminology and configuration quickly.
• Experience in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments requiring independent judgment and stakeholder coordination.
