BKTNorthwest is seeking a Showing Assistant to support our real estate agents by coordinating and conducting property showings for potential buyers. You will accompany clients, provide information, and answer questions.

This role emphasizes feedback, negotiation support, and continuous learning through team coaching and training. A WA real estate license is required to join the team; a high school diploma is needed, plus willingness to drive and engage with clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; WA real estate license required to join the team.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for real estate and career in the industry.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for timely task completion.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to new processes and tools.
• Proficiency with MLS platforms and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist our real estate agents in coordinating and conducting property showings for potential buyers.
• Accompany clients to property showings, providing information and answering questions.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call.
• Continuously expand knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends through ongoing training.
