- Willingness to learn sales scripts and dialogues.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch.
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
- Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, identify homes.
- Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers.
- Track tasks using PLACE Technology.
- Conduct two open houses monthly.
- Convert prospecting to appointments.
