Job summary

The Seattle Real Estate Team is seeking a full-time Showing Assistant to support licensed agents and clients in the Bellevue area. This on-site role is based at Keller Williams / The Seattle Real Estate Team in Bothell, WA, 98021; compensation is commission-only with earnings typically $75,000–$125,000 depending on production.

Expect a 50/50–70/30 GCI split after company dollar/desk costs, with training, mentorship, desk support, and lead/opportunity support provided by the team.

Qualifications

• Active Washington real estate license, or ability to obtain a WA real estate license.
• Interest in a full-time showing assistant / real estate agent role.
• Reliable transportation for local Bellevue-area showings and ability to work from the Bothell office when scheduled.
• Professional communication, organization, and client-service skills.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with licensed agents. Compensation is commission-only; earnings roughly $75,000–$125,000 depending on production, with a 50/50–70/30 GCI split after costs.

Responsibilities

• Help licensed agents with property showings in the Bellevue area and nearby communities.
• Coordinate showing schedules, confirmations, access, and timely client communication.
• Represent the team professionally during tours and follow established showing and safety procedures.
• Communicate feedback and updates to the assigned agent and support a smooth client experience.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up in team systems; full-time vacancy supporting the Bellevue-area showing needs.
