PSECU, a long-standing credit union, is seeking a Real Estate Servicing Advisor to perform mortgage processing, escrow management, and payoff duties. Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage servicing or customer support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle member inquiries by phone and written correspondence.
• Process insurance-related mail and escrow, PMI waivers.
• Review and disburse Real Estate Equity (REE) and Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) loans.
• Generate payoff letters for members and third parties.
• Set up and maintain escrow accounts (including Escrow/PMI waivers).
• Process insurance claims related to real estate.
• Support modifications and rate changes on mortgages.
