Job summary

NextHome Coconut Island Realty is seeking motivated individuals to join as Independent Contractor (1099) Real Estate Salespersons serving Oʻahu and Hawaiʻi Island. You’ll represent buyers and sellers, conduct showings and consultations, and build a client base while leveraging NextHome technology and marketing tools.

No Hawaiʻi Real Estate salesperson license is required to apply, but you must obtain one before entering into an Independent Contractor Agreement.

What You’ll Do

• Represent buyers and sellers throughout the purchase and sale process

A Hawaiʻi Real Estate Salesperson License is not required to apply. We welcome applicants who are interested in beginning a real estate career.

However, applicants must successfully obtain a Hawaiʻi Real Estate Salesperson License before entering into an Independent Contractor Agreement or conducting licensed real estate activities.

Investment in Your Career

Like most real estate brokerages, there are startup costs associated with becoming licensed and beginning your business. These expenses are the responsibility of the independent contractor and may include:

• Real Estate pre-licensing education
• State examination and licensing fees
• REALTOR® association and MLS membership (if applicable)
• Errors & Omissions Insurance and other professional expenses

We do not charge monthly desk fees.
