Coldwell Banker Paradise is expanding its North Hutchinson Island team with a Realtor position offering training and the potential to earn $50,000 to $250,000 per year. The role supports agents from day one with a comprehensive infrastructure and marketing backing.

Responsibilities include following up with client leads by phone, text, and email, and guiding clients through buying or selling a home. Flexible hours and a strong support system are provided.

What will you do as a Realtor?

You'll follow up with client leads by phone, text, and email, and guide your clients through buying and/or selling a home. Along the way you'll teach them what to expect and help them understand the important steps.

• Meet people regularly and get involved in your local community
• Take the initiative and run your business from start to finish
• Learn the technology you need to run your business as a Realtor
• Be the person your clients rely on for one of the biggest decisions of their lives
