Job summary

HomeServices of America is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to assist in managing a branch real estate sales office, recruit and develop staff, and align with the Sales Manager on plans and objectives. The role emphasizes profitability, growth, leadership, and community involvement, with the ability to serve as a spokesperson for the office.

The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to operational excellence across sales and support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Five years minimum real estate experience including supervisory/management.
• Experience handling real estate transactions and knowledge of ethics/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in recruiting, training and motivating staff to meet profitability goals.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance profitability, cost control and organizational effectiveness.
• Track sales revenue, market share and staff performance to ensure goals.
• Provide effective work conditions and resources for staff to maximize performance.
• Represent the branch in community and industry activities and serve as Sales Manager in their absence.
• Assist with regional recruiting and related HR duties.
