Job summary

Weichert, Realtors® Innovations in Brandon, MS is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead and develop the sales team on-site. The role focuses on coaching, business development, and transaction support, ensuring compliance and exceptional client service.

You will work closely with the Sales Manager to train Associates, manage day-to-day operations, and drive performance in a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• Active Mississippi real-estate license appropriate to the position.
• Current broker’s license, consistent with the requirements of the Assistant Sales Manager role.
• Demonstrated real-estate sales experience.
• Successful experience completing real-estate transactions.
• Strong understanding of residential real-estate sales practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and support other professionals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Professional judgment, reliability, discretion, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the sales team on a daily basis.
• Coach and mentor Sales Associates to improve sales and client-service practices.
• Assist with business planning, prospecting, lead follow-up, and client development.
• Support onboarding and professional development of new Associates.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and office initiatives.
• Encourage use of approved company technology, marketing resources, and tools.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and ethical conduct.
• Provide guidance through the real-estate transaction process.
• Review documents and ensure accuracy within licensing requirements.
• Promote compliant and timely communication among all parties.
