Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline.
• Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.
• Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments.
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities.
• Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to move through listing and closing.
• Lead generate.
• Schedule appointments and meet new clients daily.
• Show homes.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Provide white-glove service.
