Qualifications

• Active Washington Real Estate License required.
• Past sales experience preferred but not required.
• Tech-savvy with platforms/tools used in real estate.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads to build relationships and secure clients.
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand client needs.
