Job summary

EmpowerHome Team is hiring motivated Licensed Real Estate Agents who want to increase their production with qualified leads, scheduled buyer and seller appointments, proven systems, and ongoing coaching.

Instead of spending your days cold calling and prospecting, you'll have a team working behind the scenes to generate opportunities and set appointments—so you can focus on meeting clients, building relationships, guiding transactions, and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Real Estate License or pursuing licensure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building required.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and coachable with growth-minded approach.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with strong organization.
• Ability to build trust and provide exceptional client experience.
• Real estate or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with qualified buyer and seller leads and scheduled appointments provided by the team.
• Build strong client relationships and guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process.
• Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments.
• Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and help facilitate successful transactions.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients from initial consultation through closing.
• Use the team’s CRM, sales systems, and processes to manage leads, appointments, and follow-up.
• Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and roleplay to continuously improve performance.
• Develop additional business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat clients.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize opportunities and deliver an exceptional client experience.
