Qualifications

• Active Washington Real Estate License (Required).
• Strong local knowledge of Shoreline, Seattle, Bothell, Edmonds, Kirkland, and surrounding North Sound communities.
• Tech-fluent mindset and quick adoption of CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
• Growth-oriented, competitive work ethic with a strong desire to scale a six-figure business.

Responsibilities

• Execute immediate, systematic follow-up with inbound team leads and database prospects.
• Conduct expert buyer consultations, list presentations, and open house events across Puget Sound target markets.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage state-compliant purchase and sale agreements.
• Maintain clean client records and pipeline tracking within our team CRM.
