Qualifications

• Active Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License is preferred; candidates pursuing license are welcome.
• Previous real estate experience is a plus but not required for new licensees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help people.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to follow proven systems and processes.
• Coachable attitude and willingness to participate in ongoing training and accountability.
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and technology; experience with CRM systems and MLS is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with new leads, respond to inquiries, build relationships, and convert opportunities into appointments.
• Follow up consistently using our CRM and proven follow-up systems.
• Guide buyers and sellers through property tours and listing appointments.
• Assist with negotiations and guide clients through the buying or selling process.
• Participate in hands-on training, coaching, and team meetings to improve skills.
• Grow personal client base while leveraging team marketing, technology, and support.
• Be a team player, communicate effectively, and maintain accountability.
