Zusammenfassung

Stone Martin Builders seeks a Lead Sales Agent in Birmingham to drive sales in assigned subdivisions, generate leads, and shepherd them from inquiry to contract. You will market homes, coordinate with buyers and cooperating brokers, and maintain high-quality model communities.

You will participate in weekly project meetings, support marketing efforts, and deliver outstanding customer service to clients while building Realtor relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service driven with professional appearance.
• Able to generate leads from various sources.
• Self-starter able to contribute in a team environment.
• Ability to work weekend and/or holiday hours.
• Adequate computer skills.
• Active AL Real Estate License required.

Aufgaben

• Build rapport with prospective buyers to determine needs.
• Follow up with incoming leads and move them to contracts via CRM platform.
• Set expectations and manage paperwork and communication through closing.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to determine number of completed spec homes per market.
• Participate in weekly meetings with Project Manager to review builds and closings.
• Lead monthly marketing efforts for subdivisions to boost sales and stand out.
• Maintain model homes and communities to high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to buyers and clients.
• Create and maintain positive Realtor relationships in the area.
• conduct daily audits of communities to ensure proper signage.
• Visit competitor communities and analyze market to maximize success.
• Participate in available training for self-development and sales techniques.
• Other duties as assigned.
