Job Opportunity: Real Estate Agent

Do you have the capacity to take on our buyer referrals? My name is Sarah Reynolds, and I am the CEO of EmpowerHome. We currently have an overflow of buyer appointments and are seeking agents to join our team and service these clients.

Our lead generation efforts produce over 1000 leads weekly, vetted by our inside sales team, who schedule appointments with motivated buyers. We provide comprehensive weekly training to help agents convert these appointments into sales. Last week, each agent received 2-3 buyer appointments, but we need more agents to keep up with demand.

Responsibilities:
  1. Meet with motivated buyers, determine their needs, and assist throughout the home buying process.
  2. Maintain consistent weekly contact with clients.
  3. Follow up on leads to grow your sales pipeline.
  4. Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
  5. Host monthly team open houses; leads are assigned to the hosting agent.
  6. Utilize the CRM workflow system and keep your calendar updated for appointments.
  7. Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a licensed real estate agent.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Tech-savvy and effective communicator.

  • Proven sales success preferred.
  • Organized with excellent time management skills.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ annually, commission-based.
