Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (phone and in-person canvassing).
• Licensed Real Estate practitioner with Kentucky (or in process).
• Highly motivated with energy and initiative.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Desire to advance in commercial real estate and work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Be heavily involved with cold calling and prospecting for new business and following up on leads.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and opportunities.
• Attend local business events, network, and participate in client meetings.
• Learn the Colliers Way of doing business through training.
• Coordinate materials for offers and review proposals, leases, and related docs.
• Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
• Transition to independently managing real estate sales transactions from start to finish.
