Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Real Estate license in the posting state within six months of joining Colliers.
• Solid understanding of real estate industry terminology and related documentation; prior sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in your sector through prospecting, networking, relationship building and identifying opportunities for other service lines.
• Be solutions oriented and create new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales, and Equity Placement/Debt Financing teams across product lines and with property management.
