Colliers International in Orlando is launching a career path for a new graduate focused on sales and leasing in Commercial Real Estate. You will help secure opportunities, build client relationships, and learn the market through hands-on experience and mentorship.

You will be part of a cross-functional team supporting Leasing, Investment Sales, and related service lines, while attending industry events and client meetings to drive growth and expand Colliers' footprint in the Orlando market.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated Fall 2026 or Winter/Spring 2027.
• Willing to obtain real estate license within six months of joining.
• Some understanding of real estate industry, terminology and docs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels and with external partners.
• Ability to meet deadlines, produce high-quality deliverables, and be detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in your sector through prospecting, networking, relationship-building and identifying opportunities for other service lines.
• Be solutions oriented and create new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales, and Equity Placement/Debt Financing teams across product lines and with other service lines such as property management.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and opportunities.
• Attend local business and industry events, network, and participate in client meetings to learn the business and local marketplace.
