Job summary

Shorewest’s Lake Country office in Oconomowoc and the Lake Country area of Waukesha County is seeking experienced salespeople to move into real estate. If you have sold in retail, automotive, inside sales or B2B, you already have the hardest skill in this business.

You will work company-provided leads along with your own network, show homes, host open houses, negotiate offers and build a repeat and referral book in Oconomowoc and across the Lake Country area of Waukesha County.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to earn a Wisconsin real estate salesperson license, with our help.

Responsibilities

• Turn company-provided leads and your own contacts into clients.
• Guide buyers and sellers from the first conversation to an accepted offer.
• Show homes and run open houses, selling face to face.
• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions and getting a home ready to sell.
• Negotiate offers and carry contracts through to closing.
• Grow a repeat and referral book through Shorewest's Success Track program.

Our Lake Country office is looking for experienced salespeople in Oconomowoc and across the Lake Country area of Waukesha County who are ready to move into real estate. If you have sold in retail, automotive, inside sales or B2B, you already have the hardest skill in this business. Shorewest will help with everything else.

You will work company-provided leads along with your own network, show homes, host open houses, negotiate offers and build a repeat and referral book in Oconomowoc and across the Lake Country area of Waukesha County. Compensation is 100% commission. Shorewest agents typically earn between $75,000 and $250,000 per year, with no cap. Work full-time or part-time, and set your own schedule.

Not licensed yet? The Shorewest Real Estate Institute runs a state-approved pre-licensing course for the Wisconsin real estate salesperson license, and we will guide you from your first class to your first closing.
