Shorewest is seeking experienced salespeople to move into real estate in Mequon and Ozaukee County. You will work company-provided leads, show homes, negotiate offers, and build a referral book with a commission-based structure and no cap.

Not licensed yet? We offer a Wisconsin real estate salesperson pre-licensing course and guidance from first class to closing. Full-time or part-time options available in Mequon and surrounding areas.

Competenze

• Sales experience in any field is a plus, and drive matters most.
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communicator, available some evenings and weekends when clients need you.
• Willing to earn a Wisconsin real estate salesperson license, with our help.

Our Mequon office is looking for experienced salespeople in Mequon and across Ozaukee County who are ready to move into real estate. If you have sold in retail, automotive, inside sales or B2B, you already have the hardest skill in this business. Shorewest will help with everything else.

You will work company-provided leads along with your own network, show homes, host open houses, negotiate offers and build a repeat and referral book in Mequon and across Ozaukee County. Compensation is 100% commission. Shorewest agents typically earn between $75,000 and $250,000 per year, with no cap. Work full-time or part-time, and set your own schedule.

Not licensed yet? The Shorewest Real Estate Institute runs a state-approved pre-licensing course for the Wisconsin real estate salesperson license, and we will guide you from your first class to your first closing.
