RFP Homes seeks a results-driven sales professional in the Dallas area to capitalize on an uncapped commission model. You will leverage warm, ongoing marketing to close investor deals and build lasting relationships.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales experience, a strong phone presence, and are open to being in the DFW area; new grads welcome. A Texas Real Estate License is required within 45 days of starting, with pay structure reflecting performance.

Responsibilities

• Engage qualified investor leads generated through our marketing efforts.
• Connect investors with exclusive off-market properties before they hit the MLS.
• Own the client relationship from the initial conversation through closing.
• Build and grow your own book of business through consistent prospecting and relationship building.
• Hunt for new investment opportunities using cold calling, networking, Facebook groups, reverse search tools, and targeted research.
• Execute email outreach and follow-up campaigns to generate new investor relationships.
• Maintain a strong pipeline by consistently sourcing and nurturing new opportunities.
