Job summary

RFP Homes LLC in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking driven sales professionals to build their own business within a proven real estate framework. This is a 100% commission, in-person role based in Fort Worth and Dallas, TX.

You will engage qualified investor leads, connect them with exclusive off-market properties, own the client relationship from first call through closing, and grow your book through cold calling and networking.

• 1–3 years of sales experience — any industry where you've learned to close.
• Confidence, grit, and a competitive edge.

One Thing to Know:

This is a 100% commission 1099 role. A Texas Real Estate License is required within 45 days of starting. Licensing costs are the candidate's responsibility.
