Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Project Manager to lead real estate projects from initiation through completion in our Spring, Texas office. You will partner with clients to define scope, budgets, and milestones, while guiding the project team and ensuring governance and data integrity.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 3-8 years of relevant experience, with LEED AP, PMP, or CCM preferences. Expect on-site work and adherence to SOX controls where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including scope, resources, cost estimates, budget, schedule, quality control, and risk.
• Define delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or qualifications; conduct RFPs and bid evaluations; recommend resources to clients.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team with guidance to meet goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report status.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
