Latitude is seeking an In-House Real Estate & Project Development Attorney in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate leads site control, purchase and sale transactions, title and survey review, and closings from start to finish with ownership over the deal flow.

Bring 6+ years of real estate experience, strong academic credentials from an ABA‑accredited law school, and active bar admission. Renewable energy experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of real estate experience at a top-tier law firm or comparable in-house legal department.
• Substantial, independent experience with purchase and sale transactions, title and survey review, and closing.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional business teams.
• Renewable energy experience is a plus, but not required.
• Active bar admission in good standing in at least one state.
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Outstanding professional references from former supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase options, easements, and closings from start to finish.
• Own deal flow with minimal supervision or direction.
• Lead site control and land use transactions.
• Advise project development, external affairs, and project finance teams.
• Work across cross-functional business teams to execute deals.
