Job summary

Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited US law school.
- Active bar admission in good standing in at least one state.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a real estate attorney.
- Experience with real estate purchase and sale, title and survey.
- Renewable energy experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Site Control Transactions: manage negotiation and administration of purchase options and easements, including title and survey diligence.
- Project Finance Support: draft and negotiate real estate agreements for project financing transactions.
- Land Use Permitting Support: advise on local land use permitting and zoning strategy.
- Outside Counsel Management: supervise outside counsels and coordinate in-house work.
- General Diligence Support: provide pragmatic legal advice to Project Development, External Affairs, and Project Finance teams.
