The Nashville legal team seeks an ambitious attorney to tackle transactional matters in real estate, corporate, and contract law, offering meaningful client interaction and opportunities for public speaking.

With 2–4 years of experience, you will draft and review contracts, easements, and corporate documents, lead client meetings, and ensure compliance with county real estate and recorder requirements in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law.
• Demonstrated dedication and a strong work ethic in previous roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and advanced software applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of projects and oversee administrative staff.
• Draft and review contracts, easements, opinion letters, and corporate documents.
• Conduct client meetings both over the phone and in person.
• Lead and chair corporate client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with county real estate and recorder requirements.
• Efficiently manage electronic task lists and billing processes.
