• 3–7+ years of accounting experience, with project accounting experience preferred.
• Real estate, construction, or development accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working for a real estate owner/developer is ideal.
• Candidates coming from a general contractor or construction environment will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of project costs, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounting activities for assigned real estate development and construction projects.
• Track project costs, budgets, invoices, and expenditures.
• Prepare and maintain project financial reports and schedules.
• Assist with monthly close and account reconciliations.
• Review project-related invoices and ensure expenses are properly coded and allocated.
• Work closely with project managers, development teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets and identify variances or discrepancies.
• Assist with construction and development accounting, including project cost tracking.
• Support financial reporting and other accounting initiatives as needed.
