Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a strategic program manager to support the AWS Data Center Real Estate team in Austin, TX. You will coordinate complex real estate programs, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery across cross-functional groups.

You will work with land owners, developers, PE firms, and local authorities to align timelines, budgets, and resources while promoting sustainable growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills and SQL experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage real estate programs and initiatives in line with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee and coordinate the reporting of real estate projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including real estate agents, property managers, legal, finance, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless program execution.
• Establish and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools to streamline program delivery.
• Monitor and report on program progress, risks, issues, and key performance metrics (KPIs) to stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with other internal and external teams, including Design Engineering, Legal, Economic Development, Public Policy, Construction and Capacity Planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver training programs for program management to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Communicating project status across many teams and management levels
• Some travel required.
