Job summary

Blackstone seeks a Real Estate Investment Associate to support underwriting and execution of real estate investments in the United States. You will work with senior professionals, evaluating opportunities and contributing to portfolio monitoring.

This role requires strong financial modeling, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Travel to properties is expected and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of real estate private equity investing/acquisitions experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills and analytical prowess.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with independence.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation of real estate investment opportunities.
• Perform due diligence and travel to properties.
• Design and review financial models.
• Oversee transaction execution and participate in meetings.
• Draft investment committee memoranda and track portfolio investments.
• Conduct market research to support underwriting.
