Job summary

Perform Properties in the United States seeks an Associate on the Asset Management team to maximize property values through operations and capital markets, with underwriting and dispositions exposure. The role partners with the Blackstone Asset Management team to analyze cash flows, structuring strategies, and market risks.

You will build business plans, run cash models, and coordinate with Leasing, Development, Property Management, Accounting, and FP&A to drive value across a 33 million square

Qualifications

• Min 4 years in an investment bank, brokerage, or real estate investment firm.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills (IRR/NPV).
• Able to interpret lease and loan documents.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic and analytical partner on financial matters for the portfolio.
• Create and maintain business plans aligned with property vision.
• Drive hold/sell, capex, major lease, and funding analyses as directed.
• Support underwriting, due diligence, and closing for dispositions and debt transactions.
