• Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional work ethic.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and returns analysis for potential opportunities.
• Asset management of investments post-close, including performance monitoring and initiatives.
• Working closely with Vice Presidents, Principals, and Managing Directors to execute on investment strategy.
• Assisting with due diligence, transaction execution, financing processes, and investment committee presentations.
• Monitoring and evaluating existing portfolio investments and market trends.

The firm primarily focuses on senior housing, medical office, outpatient healthcare, and other healthcare-related real estate investments across the United States. With over $4B in assets under management and a robust acquisition pipeline, this role offers the opportunity to work directly alongside experienced investment professionals while gaining extensive exposure to acquisitions, asset management, development, and portfolio management within one of the fastest-growing sectors of commercial real estate.

The Real Estate Private Equity Associate will be responsible for:

The Real Estate Private Equity Associate should have the following qualifications:
