The firm is differentiated by its deep sector specialization, research-driven investment approach and highly entrepreneurial culture, partnering with exceptional management teams to build market-leading businesses across some of the most attractive areas of healthcare.

The platform focuses on technology-enabled healthcare services and software, with particular emphasis on businesses serving the payer, provider and pharmaceutical ecosystems. Its investment strategy combines rigorous fundamental underwriting with an active approach to value creation, including organic growth, strategic M&A and operational initiatives.

This is an opportunity to join a lean, exceptionally high-caliber investment team where Senior Associates are given meaningful responsibility across the full investment lifecycle and work directly alongside senior investment professionals.

The Role

The Senior Associate will play a central role in evaluating and executing new investment opportunities, while also contributing to the strategic development of existing portfolio companies.

Ideal Candidate

The firm is seeking an exceptionally bright, intellectually curious investor with a genuine passion for private equity and healthcare.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience in private equity and/or investment banking
  • Strong transaction experience, ideally across healthcare or another highly relevant sector
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex analytical work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A rigorous, detail-oriented approach to investment analysis
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to develop differentiated perspectives
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership beyond a narrowly defined role
  • A genuine interest in investing in healthcare businesses and understanding the underlying drivers of value creation
Responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct detailed industry, company and market research to develop differentiated investment theses
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models, including LBO, operating and returns analyses
  • Lead detailed company and industry diligence across financial, commercial and operational workstreams
  • Evaluate acquisition opportunities and develop investment recommendations for senior leadership

  • Work closely with portfolio company management teams on strategic initiatives, including growth opportunities, M&A and performance improvement
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with ongoing investment analysis
  • Contribute to thematic research and the development of new investment theses across healthcare

Candidates coming from top-tier investment banking, private equity or highly selective investment platforms with strong healthcare exposure are particularly encouraged to apply.
