• Support deal execution from origination through closing and monitor portfolio risk.
• Collaborate on due diligence, review credit tools, and prepare investment materials for leadership.

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation and cash flow modeling, to assess investment prospects.
• Underwrite and perform credit analysis on loan collateral across major property types within private credit.
• Support diligence on prospective investments and participate in the full investment process from origination to closing.
• Review credit agreements and loan structures with broader deal-level diligence workstreams.
• Prepare investment committee and quarterly asset review materials and present to senior leadership.
