Job summary

Lanter Delivery Systems seeks a Real Estate Portfolio Specialist to manage the national real estate portfolio and coordinate day-to-day operations with operations, finance, legal, landlords, and brokers.

The role offers exposure to lease administration, facilities coordination, M&A integration, and real estate transaction support within a collaborative, safety-conscious team environment.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in commercial real estate, lease administration, or facilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with databases or business systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio records and related documents in designated systems.
• Track lease dates, obligations, and milestones; prepare recurring reports.
• Coordinate rent, ACH, vendor setup and communications with stakeholders.
• Serve as Real Estate contact for facilities issues; coordinate with landlords, contractors, and vendors.
• Support renewals, relocations, amendments, and terminations with timelines and approvals.
• Prepare market and rent analyses in Excel/PowerPoint; support integration efforts.
