The Real Estate Portfolio Specialist supports the management of the national real estate portfolio of Lanter Delivery Systems and its affiliates and serves as the primary owner of day-to-day portfolio operations. The role coordinates portfolio administration, facility management, transaction support, and M&A real estate integration while partnering closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, landlords, brokers, and third-party service providers.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and curious professional to build on their existing commercial real estate experience, collaborate with partners across the business, and gain broader exposure to lease administration, facilities coordination, M&A integration, and real estate transaction support.
This position may require 10-20% travel. Travel may be more frequent during the first several months and may include trips to company locations and prospective markets.
This job operates primarily in a professional office environment and includes periodic visits to company facilities. The role routinely uses standard office equipment and job-related systems and requires regular communication with internal and external business partners.
The team member is regularly required to listen, communicate verbally and in writing, sit for extended periods of time, use a computer and other office equipment, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds at a time. During site visits, the team member may also be required to stand or walk for extended periods and move through warehouse or operations areas.
