Responsibilities

• Corporate-level oversight: ensure entities are in good standing and review financials with cash flow optimization.
• Asset & property management: oversee leasing, pricing, marketing, third-party managers, and renovations.
• Special projects & transition: digitize files, upgrade operations tech, support strategic initiatives.
• Oversee HR, payroll, benefits, contracts, compliance and vendor management.
