Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in property and asset management.
• Strong proficiency in real estate financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi, Excel, and other property management technologies.
• Expertise in lease negotiations, construction oversight, and value engineering.
• Experience working with third-party property managers and vendors.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proven ability to optimize asset performance and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Corporate-Level Oversight: Ensure all entities remain in good standing and compliant.
• Review financial reports for all assets and present insights with cash flow optimization recommendations.
• Approve operational expenditures and oversee financial controls.
• Coordinate with the finance team on tax return reviews and insurance policy oversight.
• Supervise non-real estate investments, including art funds and Addepar tracking.
• Oversee HR functions, including payroll and employee benefits, with the family office.
• Manage all corporate contracts, licenses, and compliance requirements.
