• 10-15+ years of COO/Business Management experience in the Securities Industry.
• Extensive experience in Equities business preferred.
• Demonstrated success delivering initiatives to stakeholders.
• In-depth experience mentoring staff and serving as an advisor throughout the business.
• Exceptional communications skills with ability to provide complex insights and business recommendations.
• High level of integrity and professional standards.

Requirements

Compensation: $185k-$325k based on experience + bonus
