About the Position:

The Chief Operating Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the strategic and operational performance of three residential communities and a shopping center. Working in close partnership with ownership and the Board, the COO will provide leadership across property operations, asset performance, financial management, maintenance, and resident experience while establishing the operational discipline necessary to support future growth. The successful candidate will bring significant leadership experience within residential real estate, a demonstrated ability to partner effectively with private ownership and family offices, and deep knowledge of the Philadelphia market, including union labor environments. Beyond operational expertise, the ideal executive will possess the judgment, influence, and change leadership capabilities required to modernize processes, strengthen organizational performance, and develop high-performing teams.
