Qualifications

• Experience in real estate investment, development, asset management, or related fields.
• Ability to analyze financial models, business plans, and market data.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-level English communication skills.
• Japanese language proficiency sufficient to support reporting and communication with headquarters.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn and grow in new areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio performance and capital requirements.
• Coordinate with asset managers, lenders, and advisors.
• Support underwriting and execution of new investments.
• Review business plans, market research, and financial models.
• Prepare investment memoranda and internal approvals.
• Track risks and maintain portfolio reports.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Liaise with headquarters across functions.
• Organize investment documents and project records.
• Support additional business initiatives as needed.
