Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners in Washington, DC (Hybrid) seeks an Asset Management Analyst to dive into property and portfolio performance, build financial models, and provide actionable recommendations. You will analyze operating data, track variances, and support investment decisions across hold/sell, refinancing, and capital projects.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in real estate analysis, strong Excel skills, and a passion for turning data into value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2+ years of real estate, investment banking, private equity, asset management, or related experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling.
Experience analyzing operating statements, budgets, rent rolls, or property-level data.
Familiarity with NOI, cap rates, valuation, cash flow, IRR, equity multiples, leverage, and investment returns.

Responsabilités

Analyze real estate performance from monthly operating statements and rent rolls.
Build and maintain Excel-based property models and dashboards.
Evaluate hold/sell, refinancing, and capital investment scenarios.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancements.
Support acquisition, dispositions, and due diligence.
Collaborate with asset, property, and finance teams.
