Job summary

Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners in Washington, DC (Hybrid) seeks an Asset Management Analyst to drive deep analysis of property performance, build financial models, and influence hold/sell and capital investment decisions.

You will work with the Asset Management team to analyze operating statements, rent rolls, and budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop tools that simplify performance insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity, asset management, financial analysis, or property operations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Dive into monthly operating statements, rent rolls, budgets, forecasts, and property-level financial data to understand drivers of performance.
Build and maintain Excel-based financial models for property-level analysis, forecasting, and investment decisions.
Identify opportunities to reduce expenses, increase revenue, and enhance asset value across the portfolio.
Develop property and portfolio-level KPI dashboards and analytical tools for clear insights.
Collaborate with property management teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.
