Qualifications

• 2–4 years total experience in finance (IB/PE) with a real estate focus.
• Associate level at a real-estate-focused mid-market or upper-mid-market PE fund.
• Ability to build financial models from source documents without templates.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a fully working financial model for an assigned real estate transaction using a synthetic deal document pack.
• Deliver a polished, editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and clearly stated assumptions.
• Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of evaluation criteria.
