Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support its legal operations in managing real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leases, titles, plats and surveys. The role involves preparing closing documents, reviewing contracts, maintaining critical dates, and coordinating with title companies and Corporate Counsel.

You will prepare and organize case files, support due diligence and post-closing activities, and interact with internal teams to keep deals moving forward while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of professional experience in a real estate role.
• Strong understanding of real estate law and transaction processes.

Responsibilities

• Creates, updates, and maintains critical dates, deadline notifications and circulates them to Real Estate and Engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinates closings with title companies and ensures required documents are prepared.
• Maintains legal files for each acquisition, sale, or lease and supports post-closing activities.
